Wholesaling in real estate - how to do it right

Gal developed the field of buying properties by way of wholesale and within six months bought and sold over 200 off-market transactions at prices much lower than market prices.

Once you're first at the door and you know how to make a good initial contact with the seller, you are not dealing with the whole market but only with the seller (maybe with a few more people who have contacted him in the past.)

Once you have found the deal you have the power and then the sky is the limit.

You can do a wholesaling deal, you can buy and hold, you can do a flip and you can find land and build. You really can do everything when you find the deal.

Gal made his first steps in the real estate field at Gindi as a sales manager.
Gal holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from the Interdisciplinary University.
After working for one of the largest real estate companies in the country and selling projects for millions of shekels, he began investing in real estate in the United States.
Gal saw a large number of properties with many brokers, realized that in a seller's market it is difficult to find attractive deals.
These transactions are for sale in the market and are open to everyone.
Gal's first deal was bought for $75,000 when the value of the property was much higher. The seller was willing to trade time and convenience for a cheaper price. Gal refinanced the transaction at a value of 174,000 six months later. This led him to think outside the box and look at real estate in the US in a different way.
Gal developed the field of buying properties by way of wholesaling where the company locates properties at prices much lower than the market prices.

Today he and his partners own over 300 properties in Jacksonville Florida.

Gal Today owns a company called Tlv investments llc.
A company he founded with two of his childhood friends.

Most of the assets owned by the company are bought "off market". Assets that do not meet the company's criteria are wholesaled and sold to the company's exclusive buyer list.

The company's activity is done in the form of "in-house", where the location of the properties, the renovation and the management of the properties are all done by the TLV Investments company, which lowers a lot of the costs and allows great control over all the elements of the transaction.

The course will be a practical course that will allow you to learn the secrets of the world of wholesaling from A to Z and through this acquire assets and achieve economic freedom.

During the course we teach how to generate unlimited income from real estate
Through wholesaling integrated financing in the BRRRR method - do you want to hear the webinar we held on the subject?

Example lesson

I got to know Bar through my travels between our projects in Florida and through his contact with us - Bar said he really enjoyed the content of the group and he talked to Gal about our course, but since the course only starts in two months, he wanted something immediate, even private training for a higher amount.

Bar was just on his way to Miami to examine deals in Boca Raton, and I explained to him that from the moment he joined he could start watching all the previous routes and start receiving immediate support from us in the support group and also by phone from me and Magal, so he doesn't have to wait until the Korev opens in two months - he can start acting immediately.

Bar joined our expanded track, which includes all the content we have ever produced during 7 years of activity - our real estate encyclopedia with thousands of cities, our file database which currently includes 577 real estate files including hundreds of calculators, contracts and agreements, real estate books, templates and more - a database that is constantly renewed and A file in which is sold separately between 1000 and 2500 dollars - and by joining the extended track he has free access to download all the files, all our recordings from the annual Real Estate Expo conference - recordings that include hundreds of experts in all fields - investment areas, equity versus debt investments, Landlan lawyers talking about Reducing investment risks, zoning, flips, etc., dozens of interviews with real estate experts talking about all investment areas in the US - Texas, Florida, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Alabama, New York, etc., and access to recordings of all our mentoring tracks for generations in the fields of flips, multi-family, Setting up a company, financing, insurances, wholesaling and more, plus access to our expert arena with hundreds of experts, the application, the transaction arena and more - and access to all our future content.

So Bar lives in Orlando, where we also intend to move, and has been selling carts for years and is really good at it. He is so good, that he has created a regular monthly income for himself that allows him to expand his areas of activity to additional areas, and thus he joined our wholesale route.

He told me that he entered into a number of short-term rental deals for tourists and that he is doing really well - because Disney attracts millions of tourists a year - and he is doing Airbnb in a property located in a complex intended for tourists - and this property makes him thousands of dollars a year.

Barr was one of the track's standouts and analyzed a large number of transactions. Two of these deals had a potential profit of $150,000 in equity – meaning a significant purchase below market price.
